The short version of an extensive history

It was Quebec premier Jean Lesage who first met with his cabinet in a government cottage situated on Lac-à-l'Épaule, an isolated site one hour North of Quebec City. Sold on the success and efficiency of the formula to help relieve stress and strengthen the bond among his team, Lesage called for other similar meetings. Eventually, he decided that the cottage was a little too rustic and too far removed from Quebec City, Lesage held other "lacs-à-l'épaule" including at Lac Delage!
