Cold hands, warm heart

At the Manoir du Lac Delage, winter hits all of a sudden at the first sight of fresh snow. Snowshoeing (22 km), Nordic skiing (7 km), ski joëring (6km) or even the walking trails (6km), you will love the calmness of our site. Also, the topography of our territory will be such that you will be hidden of the winter winds. In short, only the beautiful winter days are allowed at the Manoir du Lac Delage!

ACTIVITIES

- Snowshoe-Trails (1,5 km)
Back country snowshoe available in Rand' Orientation
 -Ski-joering trails (2 km) (Saturday and Sunday. Members: 7 days)
- Waking trails (2 km)
-Rand 'Orientation (off trail snowshoeing, complete with a orientation challenge using a compass in the forest)
- Snow-tubing
- Wooden snow sledge  
- Broomball
- Kite-flying

From December 24th to January 2nd, additional activities for all
- Plumebois: drive out with the treasure with GPS… find the secret halt of Santa Claus in forest - Excursion with the birds
- Challenge of the Fairies
- Olympiad of the imps
- Evening of astronomy (December 26th and January 2nd)
- Excursion of night “the path of the wishes” in forest with torches;
- Cinema
-Zone relaxation family (CONSOLE WII, board games)
- Large bonfire on December 25th and January 1st
- Meal relaxation of the parents
-Sleigh-ride Outing (December 25th and January 1st)

DISCOVER SKI JOËRING!
Dog... skis, there you go, ski joëring!

The external clientele next to the Manoir can now also ski in an original fashion at the Manoir: attached and towed to your faithful companion your dog! Two (2) beautiful tracks in a pine forest offer a 2km and a 4 km circuit. Your equipment must be safe for the skier and the dog. To learn more about your needs and comfort for the equipment, we suggest visiting le Centre R. Boissonneault (418) 842-2788.

* Note that the access of dogs in the network of our trails at the Manoir is a privilege reserved for skiing joering only. It is therefore critical to keep in mind that the Manoir's private property is not a dog park and dog owners must respect the rights and welfare of customers staying at the Manor Resort.

RAND'ORIENTATION

L'espace  Rand'Orientation is a unique outdoor activity available 4 SEASONS which offers you to enter into the nature of the Manoir du Lac Delage. It is fun navigating with a map and a compass in hand in search of control terminals installed permanently in forest. Accessible to all, the youngest will enjoy its "treasure hunt" aspect. Here a strain, there is a gap, a cliff ... the clues are many and it makes the circuit particularly fun for all. The adults will be seduced by entering in contact with nature, a race that a lit kike.
Between friends
Train your team and choose a course suited to the physical level of the group. Come escape into nature and make your own friendly challenge. The initiation, the materials for the activity and for your security will be provided to you. You just have fun!

PERIODS OF OPENINGS OF THE NETWORK OF PATHS
Mid-December with mid-March according to the conditions weather.
Monday to Friday: on reservation of group.
Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays: 9:00 at 15:00
Note: the customers of the Manor have access to the network of paths 7 days a week.

FOREST WORK - IMPORTANT OPINION
Note that forest work will be completed during the winter 2010. The following paths will be closed: 2b, 4,6a, 6.7 and the national path.
This closing partial of our network will be into force until August 31st, 2010.
